The rocket company SpaceX moved its incorporation from Delaware to Texas, confirmed by Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson. Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX and also the owner of Tesla, experienced issues with Delaware, where a judge voided his pay package at Tesla. The move comes after a judge in Delaware voided a pay package for Musk at Tesla last month, which was brought by a group of Tesla shareholders challenging a stock options package that allowed Musk to acquire about 304 million Tesla shares at a preset price. Musk recommended all companies incorporated in Delaware to move to another state. The move was announced just hours before the company launched a robotic lander carrying NASA payloads to the moon.
